1. MINIMUM ORDER $270
First time wholesale customers will need to meet the minimum order value of $270 excluding shipping cost. This can be any of our products combined in total value as long as the order reaches the minimum order of $270.
2. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Once you have submitted the wholesale application and are approved, you can place an order by e-mail at [email protected]. You will receive a quotation within 2 business days.
3. MSRP
Products or goods purchased from Cooper&Cosmo shall only be sold at the recommended retail price (RRP). Permission for special sale events with a discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Cooper&Cosmo and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
4. WHOLESALE PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the RRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. RETURNS
Returns must be made in writing directly to Cooper&Cosmo within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Cooper&Cosmo’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’, there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer.

8. DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Cooper&Cosmo at [email protected] within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

10. SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not ship international orders at this time.
