Our partnership

Cooper&Cosmo and Friends With Four Paws are putting their paws together!

A portion of every Cooper&Cosmo purchase helps rescue animals in need — together, we make a difference.

8 paws are better than 4

Here at Cooper&Cosmo, we're dedicated to helping dogs and cats be their best possible selves and live their best possible lives. So it's no surprise that we found our soulmates in the charity organization and volunteer animal shelter, Friends With Four Paws. The work they do with abandoned and often abused animals is both heart-wrenching and heart-warming at the same time. We're proud that our products are helping their animals cope with stress, anxiety and discomfort — and we're proud to give back and donate.

"We're so happy to have found Cooper&Cosmo! We help dogs who are dealing with all sorts of issues — pain, abuse, anxiety, fear — and any product that helps us help them is a gift." — Kim Crawford, Veterinarian and President of Friends With Four Paws Rescue

Heroes come in all shapes and sizes. As the name suggests, the ones who find their way to the Friends With Four Paws animal rescue in Oklahoma City typically come with four legs — but also with plenty of heart. Even the bravest of heroes struggle to cope with the physical and emotional stress of abuse, abandonment and relocation. Which is why we're extremely proud that our products are making a difference for the dogs and cats rescued by this wonderful organization. And we're proud to share five of their inspirational stories.

5 heroes, 5 stories

Jenny, hound mix

JENNY

Age: 3 years Condition: Fractured hip, physical pain and discomfort

Jenny is a 3 year old hound mix who came to Friends With Four Paws from a shelter in West Virginia. They believe she'd been hit by a car and allowed to recover without proper care, as the fractures in both hips had healed badly. Since then, she has had one hip replacement and is ready for the other. Keeping her calm and moving slowly can be challenging — especially coupled with the aches and pains that come with healing from one surgery while awaiting the next. The folks at Friends With Four Paws add Cooper&Cosmo Harmony pet drops to her breakfast as part of a daily routine.

"Cooper&Cosmo's products really make a difference! Getting Jenny healthy and ready for a forever family is our goal — and anything that helps that is awesome."
Sloan, pitbull mix puppy

SLOAN

Age: 12 months Condition: Severe physical discomfort and hyperactivity

Sloan is a 12-month-old pitbull/mastiff/Cane Corso/supermutt mix — about 55 pounds of active, playful puppy who truly doesn't know how big and strong he is. This guy loves to play tug-of-war and rarely loses. But that isn't how he and Friends With Four Paws first met. He came to them through an ER vet, surrendered with hookworms so bad that he was anemic and needed blood transfusions. Healing from that requires calm, quiet time, and that is not easy for Sloan. As he feels better, that gets even harder. But thanks to a daily dose of Cooper&Cosmo Harmony pet drops, Sloan is able to relax enough to ensure a proper recovery.

"Cooper&Cosmo's drops have proven to help Sloan chill a bit more until he is fully healed and ready for a (very active) forever family."
Tweety, Westie mix

TWEETY

Age: 2 years Condition: Anxiety

Tweety is a 2-year-old, 10 lb Westie mix. She was surrendered to a shelter in rural Oklahoma in March of 2021 when Friends With Four Paws stepped in to save her. While absolutely adorable, she needed a foster who could help her learn to trust humans and other dogs alike. Luckily, one of the foster coordinators that work with Friends With Four Paws stepped up to the challenge. Within weeks of having her, Jessica and her husband Ted knew she was meant to be theirs — in spite of all her behavior quirks.

"Cooper&Cosmo's hemp-infused drops helped Tweety find her inner calm — especially when meeting other dogs."
Scrappy Girl, Shepherd mix

SCRAPPY GIRL

Age: 3 years Condition: Severe anxiety

Scrappy Girl is a beautiful 3-year-old Shepherd mix. She was surrendered to the folks at Friends With Four Paws by her previous owner, who had decided she was "too much to handle." Unfortunately by then, Scrappy Girl was an anxious, frustrated, broken-down pup who was going to need a lot of work before she was ready for a forever family. It's heartbreaking to see a dog like this — but Friends With Four Paws was lucky to find the perfect fosters.

"Cooper&Cosmo's hemp pet drops have really helped with redirecting Scrappy Girl's anxiety so she can focus on things she really loves — like belly rubs and rolling in the grass. Oh, and dreaming of her forever family."
Ripley, goldendoodle

RIPLEY

Age: 12 years Condition: Anxiety, aging, physical discomfort

While she may often be mistaken for a puppy, Ripley is actually a 12-year-old goldendoodle. This 31 lb beauty was born with an ectopic ureter and has had multiple surgeries throughout her life — so dealing with pain and anxiety has been a journey for her (and her human). Aging has also definitely slowed her down. This is natural, of course, but she was becoming reluctant to use the stairs and no longer jumping up to bed or running with her friends.

"Adding Cooper&Cosmo hemp-infused pet drops to her breakfast routine has really helped. Now she even sometimes behaves like a puppy again."
